2. Purpose of the application

Sazi is a wellness and nutrition companion app for people on a GLP-1 treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional. It lets you log your doses, weight, perceived side effects and meals, and offers nutrition education content.

Sazi is a tracking and education tool. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or care in any way. Sazi never provides dosage advice, never adjusts a treatment and never makes a diagnosis. For any question about your treatment, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

3. Access and account

Sazi works without account creation: an anonymous identifier is generated on your device. The application is restricted to adults (18 and over).

Your health data stays stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Sazi Premium subscription

Advanced features are available through the Sazi Premium subscription: €5.99 per month or €59.99 per year. Applicable prices are those displayed in the app at the time of purchase, as presented by the App Store or Google Play.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation happen directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; SmartAI Labs never collects any banking data.

Sazi Premium's “unlimited” features are subject to reasonable personal use (fair-use): up to 15 meal analyses per day and 100 coach messages per day.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Sazi as intended, without attempting to bypass its technical mechanisms (quotas, security) or using it in an automated or commercial way.

6. Intellectual property

The application, its brand, design and content are the property of SmartAI Labs. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Medication names mentioned belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the treatment entered by the user.

7. Liability

Nutritional estimates (protein, calories, scores) are indicative and may contain inaccuracies. They are neither a medical measurement nor a therapeutic recommendation.

SmartAI Labs strives to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. SmartAI Labs cannot be held liable for health decisions made solely on the basis of information displayed by the application.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts, after seeking an amicable resolution via contact@smartailabs.tech.
